Terms and Conditions for Payment, Cancellations and Refunds

Payment

 

  • Any registration of course or optional package, whether online or otherwise, will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment .  Payment of course fee or optional package should be received by Edupro Learning LLP 45 days prior to the commencement.

  • Payment of course fees or optional package constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.  Payment can be made via :

 

Credit card/Debit Card

 

Cancellations and Refunds 

  • In the event that the registrant’s class is cancelled prior to its commencement, Edupro Learning LLP will make a full refund of the course fees or optional packages (if any) already paid by the registrant.

  • If registrant cancels a registration: All cancellation requests must be received in writing (please refer to the refund policy below).

 

  • “No-show” on first day of class or after class start date – no refund for all course fees or optional tour (if any) paid.

  • Generally all refunds claim will be completed within 8 weeks from the date of refund submission.  There may be slight delay when processing the refund during peak periods.  Edupro Learning LLP will do its best to minimise the delay.

  • An administrave charge of USD100 (excluding GST) will be levied on each cancellation of the either the course fees or optional tours.

 

  • Refund Policy 

  1. If student written notice of withdrawal is received more than 45 days before the programme commencement - 100% refund of aggregate amount of paid

  2. If student written notice of withdrawal is received less than 45 days but more 14 days before the programme commencement - 50% refund of aggregate amount of paid

  3. If student written notice of withdrawal is received less than 14 days before the programme commencement - 0% refund of aggregate amount of paid
